GT86 / FRS / BRZ Chassis Brace Installation

We acknowledge that our kits don't include instruction, for this reason we are written blogs with detail instruction so you can easily see where most of the braces are places. We are also including torque specs, but I do advise that you check your local dealers for recommendations. 

For this article, we are using our sponsored driver and Horsepower Industries Tech, 2013 Scion FRS equipped with multiple chassis braces, such as the front and rear strut bars, rear lower control to suspension arm brace, to the crossmembers multi point braces. 

Many of you will not have a lift to make the installation easy, but we recommend that you have a spare jack and any type of lifts to help support suspension components.

Since our contracted shop, Horsepower Industries has all the equipment, we will be writing this up with what you see in the pictures.

FRONT STRUT

Front 2 part strut braces are a no-brainer for the average tuner. 

Clears all engine parts with room to spare. 

REAR STRUT

REAR UNDER CHASSIS

This is where the fun really comes in. Make sure you have a extra pair of hands to help with suspension components. Extra lifts etc etc. Please check your local dealer for torque specs.
